In addition, Lonn and Louisa provide real estate services for buyers and sellers in the greater Wilmington area. Louisa Murray is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Wit Realty Agency www.Louisarealtor.com. Lonn and Louisa have enjoyed meeting so many new clients through these services.
Lonn (on the left), our main man, is the Licensed General Contractor. He has been involved in the construction, remodeling, repair and maintenance of buildings for most of his life. At age 7, Lonn was cutting shingle caps and hustling up ladders and by 14 worked as a carpenter’s helper. In his 20’s, while living in New Hampshire, Lonn built his own house and 3 car garage with help from his father and brother. When Lonn is not working, he spends time on his Telecaster strumming tunes or in the kitchen baking brownies and cakes with Bensdorp cacao. (Louisa and Nick spend time eating them :-@)
Louisa (in the middle), is our knowledgeable, “chase down the details” office manager. She handles scheduling, tax and insurance details, and assists with estimates. As mentioned above, she is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the Wit Realty Agency in North Carolina. She has been working with both buyers and sellers and many out-of-staters that are looking to move to the Cape Fear Region. In her spare time, Louisa can be found on the tennis court or at Empie doggie park visiting with friends, both canine and human.
Nick (on the right), our son, is the brilliant IT guy and manages our entire infrastructure including our website. He also helps with resolving technical difficulties while Lonn and Louisa work in the office. He is a Computer Science Graduate of UNCW. When not working, Nick can be found listening to music, administering the ChillSynth Discord server, and runs the music distribution label Polychora Records, shipping vinyl records world wide. He also bakes superior banana bread.
Cleo (in the front) is our emotional support dog! She ensures sanity and productivity in the workplace. She may or may not eat our muffins while we aren’t looking…
